BEST BEACH FOR FAMILIES:
La Jolla Shores Beach (Best for families)
is great for kids and families and many restaurants that you can walk to, theres free easy parking and restrooms, a super cute playground in front of the beach. If you go there, check out Piatti for lunch, great traditional Italian.
We have Vons (local supermarket), Starter Bros, Walmart, Costco, CVS, Sprouts, Walgreens and many family restaurants within 5 to 10 min from home, really depends what your taste is.

Our Garden, the POOL Spa/Jacuzzi and our amazing sunsets are one attraction itself, many guests go out with the kids for the day and end up returning sooner as kids just want to stay and play :-) its a nice time for your family to relax, watch kids play and enjoy a glass of wine.

POOL HEATING: Per listing description, there is additional costs to heat the pool, please let me know in advance if you wish that so we can provide the cost and plan (if its too cold we need to cover the pool). 
The cost is $100 to $250 (depends on the time of year, current SDGE tier pricing, and ambient temperature) to heat per 24 hour period. The pool takes 24 to 48 hours to heat prior to use, we only heat the pool for the entire stay).
