This is a very large and private guest house, we do not rent the main house and most likely will be closed during your stay.

This is a newly built 3 bedroom plus nursery GUESTHOUSE with private gardens, the home has over 1200sf and private garage. (The guesthouse and gardens are private, there’s no shared space with main home). Spend quality time together in the tastefully decorated living room, featuring a large flat screen Smart TV(cable and internet) and plenty of seating on a Restoration Hardware sofa and side chairs.
Pretty and practical, the fully equipped kitchen has handsome white cabinets, butcher block counters, and full-size stainless appliances - including a gas burner stove/oven. Sip morning coffee with traditional and Nespresso machines and enjoy the amazing views from the breakfast nook with dining table.
Gather the whole family around the formal dining room table, where the family can enjoy a sit-down meal together.

While the kids burn off some energy playing on the swing set or pool, you can settle into one of the loungers on the pool deck with a good book and cold drink. Everyone will love the home’s pool for an afternoon of playing and splashing. The back patio also has a lounge area and patio table for six, and a table for four.
The home’s three bedrooms sleep eight (four adults and four children) comfortably.
Elegant, the master bedroom comes with a king Restoration Hardware bed, 32” flat screen Smart TV(Cable and internet), and tons of storage a large walk in closet. There’s plenty of space in the en-suite master bathroom, featuring a Japanese soak in tub.
In the second bedroom, One queen bed and a full on top are adorned with cheerful bedding. The third bedroom is slumber party-ready with a twin-over-twin custom bunk bed.

Full Gourmet Kitchen stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, blender, toaster, pots, pans, place settings and serving pieces.

NO SHARED AREAS: (because of Covid, nothings is shared, guesthouse gardens are fully private to your family only, you won’t see anyone else but your own family).

Guest house does have 3 large and private gardens (NOT SHARED).

Pool is always private to your family only and there’s no extra cost, all gardens are private to your family only.

POOL GAS HEATING: is $100 to $200 (depends on the time of year, current SDGE tier pricing, and ambient temperature) to heat per 24 hour period. The pool takes 48 hours to heat prior to use.

NO pool slide use/no exceptions.

Please note that the pool is outdoors and its heated with solar daily (if sunny) if the night temperature is bellow 60F or in case of rain, cloudy days, the pool will not heat and loose heat at night. We can’t keep the pool at 80F during the cold nights/days. (Extra cost added for heating with gas), please message me with your request before requesting the reservation, we can heat the pool during fall and winter, only if we cover.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
